JUKI enters with brand new FX-3 High-Speed Modular Mounter the super high-speed placement segment
The new FX-3 High-Speed Modular Mounter features two placement stations with two head beams each. The mounter is equipped with the new and JUKI exclusive high precision laser alignment system. This system was already with great success introduced on the KE-2070 and KE-2080 models at the SMT Hybird show.
With a total of twenty four nozzles and 120 slots for 8mm tape feeder the machine reaches according IPC9850 a speed of 60’000 cph (0.06 sec/chip).
