DIMA SMT Systems was founded in 1986 with the goal to design and produce a complete range of Surface Mount Technology tools and machines for the production of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB). The focus has been directed to the production of small to mid size volumes and R&D environments. Ever since then DIMA has grown to be one of the leading international producers in its market.
The DIMA product-line covers the entire production process, from Printers and Dispensers, to Pick and Place and Soldering equipment. Through this DIMA provides the benefit to advise as well as to supply a complete process solution from a single source.

ATOZ PP-050 Modular Pick & Place
This is a modular system built for growth. Stand alone. 4500 CPH placement combined with flexibility and intelligence.
The basic machine is complete except for the feeders. It includes a PCB fixture for double sided PCB’s.
As soon as feeders are added to the package the machine is ready for production.
In the basic configuration the PP-050 has one placement pipette, one on the fly component camera and one feeder bank.
To increase the component range or number of feeders the machine can be upgraded with an extra camera or extra feeder banks.
This machine beats all competitors on price and performance and can be upgraded when needed. Feeders for the ATOZ fit the entire range of DIMA pick and place machines.

Fineline FP-500 Manual Pick & Place
The FP-500 is a manual pick and place system that combines all features of today’s manual pick and place systems in one system. The FP-500 is equipped with the DIMA Easyglide™X, Y guiding system that allows exact positioning of the pick and place head. The Sensatip™pick and place head ensures that even difficult components can be picked just by touching the component. The unit is equipped with a rotating PCB holder, a large arm rest, a carousel, a carousel cover and an adaptor for tape or stick feeders.
