This makes the Dispense Master into a multi-purpose high-performance desktop dispensing system with advanced robotic technologies. The Dispense Master can be used for time/pressure dispens-ing as well as for volumetric dispensing.
Dispensing solder paste: DIMA offers a range of dispense valves with the Dispense Master for materials ranging in viscosity from water thin to heavy paste. Utilizing a standard integrated camera the Dispense Master can recognise images and fiducials for high accurate dispensing applications. The optional automatic vision alignment software can even correct dispensing positions.
