Prodelec distributes Vitronics Soltec soldering equipment: MyReflow oven has rapidly built up a reputation to achieve the lowest delta T's at the highest conveyor speed. The modular platform with standard interfaces allow to benefit of future technology upgrades. The best heat transfer has been achieved implementing the heating technology and gas recirculation system. It is possible to build optimised profiles within the lead free process window easily without compromising line speed.
Wave soldering
Prodelec features Delta Wave soldering Machine: The Delta Wave Platform Soldering system is designed for three-shift, high volume production with maximum uptime. Precise and repeatable soldering results are provided by digital motor controls, which maintain variation to within 1rpm. Closed loop controls maintain precise solder and preheat temperatures. Critical subsystems such as fluxer, preheat, or wave are easily interchangeable.
