Feeder trolley
Trolley: Among Juki's accessories we can find feeder trolleys. Juki offers a complete assortment of tape, stick, bulk and belt feeders. Tape feeders: Cast main body and three positioning pins result in superior pick accuracy. No hoses or wires to connect make changing this feeder a simple operation. Applicable are tape reels and adhesive tape reels. Tape Feeders are available in 8 to 72 mm sizes.
Electronic Feeder
These days’ intelligent feeder systems have become very popular: Juki offers a complete assortment of tape, stick, bulk and belt feeders. The need for zero defects and traceability can only be guaranteed by a closed loop intelligent feeder system. The Intelligent feeders system IFS-X2 tracks all material in various processes for the complete PCB assembly. All material (boards, components, solder paste, flux, etc.) can be tracked from the incoming trough all processes down to the individual placement position on the board.
