Electronic production
Hybrid Pick & Place series is designed by Dima to focus on production of small to mid size volumes and R&D environments. The Dual Placement Head incorporated 2 individual Z axis-programmable pipette’s offering full vision alignment for all components. The cameras have the added facility of self-learning the offsets when picking component, automatically adjusting feeders to optimum pick position. The feeders contain a fully programmable micro processor offering a high level of management information.
Taping components
The new taping machine designed by Dima, the Handy Taper, is a semi-automatic taping machine offering the ability to package up to 800 components per hour. The Handy Taper comes in two variations: one without a pick & place head and one with a pick & place head. With a fully programmable micro-processor it provides the operator the ability to set the size of the tape cavity, the number of components to be taped and the speed of tape transport.
